The intention of the Asian Conference on Railway Engineering and Transportation – ART 2021 is to bring together scholars and experts in the fields of railway engineering and railway transportation and provide them great opportunities to present the results of their research, findings and innovations. The development of a country, particularly its economic growth, is presently impossible without developed railway infrastructure and improved railway network with system innovation in particular. The conference will be a big opportunity for scholars and experts in the field of railways to analyze problems encountered in railway engineering practice, and to collect innovative ideas and technologies, and to offer possible solutions for a more efficient planning, design, construction and maintenance in these areas.
