The awards are given to the most outstanding researchers of the conference under below three categories.

Young Professional Innovators Award [Under 35 years]

The Young Professional Innovators Award is offered to reward young professional engineers, technologists and associates who have reached a demonstrated level of achievement and involvement in any field of railway engineering and transportation studies. Candidates for the award shall be under 35 years of age at 31st December in the year in which nominations close and shall have had at least two years professional experience after completing an undergraduate degree or diploma, which has required the equivalent of three or more years of full-time study. Applications must be submitted before June 25, 2021 to art2021@art2021.kr.

Best Oral Presentation Award

The Best Oral Presentation Award aims to recognize scientific papers of exceptional quality delivered through oral presentations in ART 2021. Some best oral presentations will be awarded based on a combination of excellent research, innovation, and oral presentation. Panel of judges will evaluate all oral presentations and select the winners.

Best Poster Presentation Award

The Best Poster Award has been established to recognize the scientific merit exhibited in poster presentation and preparation. All Posters are eligible for award nomination and Poster Session Chairs will select best poster during presentation time.

* Note for Best Oral/Poster Presentation Awards

It is not necessary to submit the special application form to be nominees. You must register for the conference, submit an abstract and present your oral/poster presentation in person.
The scientific committee will judge their onsite presentations on the day of the conference.
Awardees will be announced on the message board before the closing ceremony.
Awardees have to attend the closing ceremony.
