Authors who have been accepted by submitting abstracts to ART 2021 should submit a paper or abstract by September 24, 2021, considering the types of papers to be published in conference proceedings. E-Proceedings can be published as papers or abstracts (in the previously submitted form), and you can choose one and submit it by the deadline. When submitted in the form of papers (within 4 pages), it may be considered as a paper to be published in a journal. If you wish to be published as an abstract that was previously submitted, please submit the abstract form again for confirmation. (It can be submitted with corrections or supplements when submitting abstract again.)

For the papers to be included in the program, at least one of the authors must make a registration by September 24, 2021, for their papers to be included in the program and e-Proceedings of ART 2021. Also, it is allowed to present maximum two papers with a regular registration and only one paper can be presented with student registration.

The authors of papers presented at the conference will be invited to submit their extended version of papers for possible publications in the Journal of the Korean Society for Railway and International Journal of Railway, after a peer review evaluations process.
