Registration is required to be admitted to the venue and for participation in the scientific program of the conference and other activities. To receive the best rates for ART 2021, we encourage delegates to take advantage of the generous Early Bird.

Registration for Authors
For the papers to be included in the program, at least one of the authors must make a registration by September 24, 2021, for their papers to be included in the program and e-Proceedings of ART 2021. Also, it is allowed to present maximum two papers with a regular registration and only one paper can be presented with student registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by October 28, 2021. No refunds will be issued after October 28, 2021. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to art2021@art2021.kr. All approval refunds will be issued after the conference.
Invitation Letter for Visa Application
An official invitation letter will be sent by the Chairman of the ART 2021 upon request. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants must complete the registration process first.
